Posé is a photo app for close friends. By creating an account or using Posé, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Who can use Posé
You must be 13 or older. The details you sign up with must be your own. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens on your account.
Your content
The photos, videos, messages and comments you post stay yours. You let Posé store them, process them (for example, compress them or make small previews) and show them to the people you share them with, only to run Posé. This ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups kept for up to 30 days.
What you must not do
- Post sexual content or nudity. Any sexual content involving minors will be removed and reported to the authorities.
- Harass, bully or threaten anyone, or stir up hatred against them.
- Post violence, or content that encourages self-harm or dangerous acts.
- Share other people's private photos or information without their consent.
- Post content that breaks the law or someone else's intellectual property rights.
- Spam, scam, impersonate others or create fake accounts.
- Try to disrupt, scan or break into Posé's systems.
Reports and enforcement
In the app you can report a moment and block anyone. Posé reviews reports and may remove content, or limit or close accounts that break these rules. You can also report to hello@posewith.me.
Posé Plus
Posé Plus is an optional subscription, sold through Google Play, that adds longer videos, shared booth prints with more friends and a Plus badge. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play, and you keep Plus until the end of the time you paid for. Payments, refunds and cancellations follow Google Play's policies. Posé may change what Plus includes; if a change takes away something you paid for, Posé will tell you in the app first.
Leaving Posé
You can delete your account at any time. Posé may close accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account doesn't cancel Posé Plus; cancel it in Google Play.
The service
Posé is still being built and may change, pause or have bugs. It is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Posé is not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app.
Changes
When these terms change, this page and the date at the top will be updated. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
