Xóa tài khoản Posé

Trong app

Mở Posé và vào Settings.
Kéo xuống mục Account, chọn Delete account.
Nhập mật khẩu để xác nhận.

Tài khoản bị xóa ngay và không thể khôi phục.

Không vào được app?

Gửi email tới hello@posewith.me từ email bạn dùng để đăng ký, kèm tên người dùng Posé của bạn. Posé sẽ xác nhận yêu cầu và xóa tài khoản trong vòng 30 ngày.

Những gì bị xóa: hồ sơ (email, tên, tiểu sử, ảnh đại diện), bạn bè và lời mời kết bạn, khoảnh khắc và dải ảnh, bình luận, cảm xúc, tin nhắn, ảnh trên máy chủ, cài đặt và mã thông báo đẩy.

Những gì có thể còn lại: bản sao lưu cơ sở dữ liệu, tối đa 30 ngày rồi tự xóa; và ảnh mà người khác đã tự lưu về máy hoặc chia sẻ ra ngoài Posé.

Delete your Posé account

In the app

Open Posé and go to Settings.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and this can't be undone.

Can't get into the app?

Email hello@posewith.me from the email you signed up with, and include your Posé username. We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your profile (email, names, bio, profile photo), friends and friend requests, moments and photobooth strips, comments, reactions, messages, photos on the server, settings, and push notification tokens.

What may remain: database backups, for up to 30 days before they are gone; and photos other people saved to their own devices or shared outside Posé.
